Welcome! My name is Meg Schweitzer, and I am the owner and founder of AppleTree Consulting.

I started my career as a bookkeeper for local small businesses. I gained the majority of my experience as an Office Manager with a small business in the government contract industry, where I worked my way up to the Director of Operations. While helping the founders, and their teams, I realized how much support it takes for projects to go from idea to execution.

After developing an operations framework that helped scale again and again, I made it my mission to duplicate this framework so I could continue to serve more growing business owners.
